Our Journey Towards Better Disability Care
EmpowerOne Support Services was created to meet a growing need for genuine, reliable disability support in communities that are often overlooked by larger city-wide providers. We set out to build a service that shows up consistently and on time, and that understands the daily realities of life across the Perth metropolitan area. Our approach is simple: listen first, then build personal care, community access and other support around what genuinely matters to each participant.

Every EmpowerOne support worker is police-checked, NDIS Worker Screening cleared, and trained in areas such as manual handling, medication support, and person-centred practice. We support NDIS participants of all ages living with physical disability, intellectual disability, autism, psychosocial disability, sensory impairment, and acquired brain injury, along with older individuals accessing disability supports.
